Social evils like female feticide, priority to son, early marriage, dowry, domestic violence, Illiteracy among girls are still prevalent in the society. In the rural areas, women are uneducated and have no source of income, hence, they are financially dependent on men. Male is dominating the society and the female is not allowed to take decision in the family matters as well as in the society. Women are considered the poor and week and even second rate member of the family. The girls are found anemic and later resulting high maternal mortality rate. In the remote rural areas, the women are not preferring the institutional deliveries resulting high child mortality rate.
